Orders: How to Refund a Payment

This article explains how to refund a payment from your ClickFunnels account. Refunding a payment is a great way to send payments back to your customers. Some refunds may take up to 5-10 business days to process.

Requirements:

  • An active ClickFunnels 2.0 account
  • At least one order with an approved payment

Accessing an Order:

  1.  Select Orders from the left-hand menu.

2. Scroll down to the All Orders section, then select the order to be refunded.

Refunding a Payment:

1. Scroll down to the Payments section, then click the “refund” icon across the transaction.

2. Type or click the “up or down” arrow icons to select the amount that should be refunded.

3. Click the Refund button to refund the payment.

4. The system displays a success banner indicating that you have successfully refunded the payment. The refund can also be verified in the Payments section.

Important Note: The system selects the total amount when refunding an order by default. Adjust the amount accordingly for prorated refunds.
